At Village Bakery we take great pride in our staff and the quality of our product; we believe in bringing fresh, preservative-free ingredients to the table. Our legendary hearth bread is made with flour from a reputable, local purveyor in Petaluma, and we support local farmers with other fresh, organic ingredients for our recipes and menus.

Our bakery is the home of the award-winning Seeded Sourdough Bread and has been voted “Best Bakery” by the Press Democrat and the North Bay Bohemian for several years on end. Apart from our beautiful bread, patrons flock to our bakery for our unique selection of fine pastry. Village Chocolate Framboise Torte and Princess Cake (among a few) have earned well-deserved gold medals at the Sonoma County Harvest Fair for over a decade.

Village Bakery is a family-owned & operated business. Owner Patrick Lum has brought his personal experience as a baker and pastry chef to the business. A graduate of the renowned California Culinary Academy (CCA), Patrick spent nearly a decade working in the baking industry before acquiring Village Bakery.
